SIGHTSEEING
Santiago de Compostela is the capital of Galicia. Since the ninth century countless pilgrims have made their way to this beautiful city. Walk around the ancient streets encountering tradition and history on every corner. Tui is a Spanish fortress town on the river Miño with Valença on the opposite bank. Rivals in times gone by but now bridges link the two towns allowing the visitor to savour two very different cultures. Monte
Tecla towering over La Guardia at the mouth of the Mino is a largely
reconstructed celtic settlement giving a unique insight to the way of
life of an ancient people.
